

Guglielmo Ruggeri

Guglielmo started out as an entrepreneur in the High End Fashion Manufacturing sector. Over the course of 25 years, he served as CEO and senior partner to his family-owned Company (Meras SpA), and shareholder and board member to the Swiss Fashion Company Riri Group SA, born from the merger of Riri SA, Meras Spa and Cobrax Spa.
Guglielmo has proven expertise in the automotive and precision mechanics industries, thanks to his former role as CEO in companies in which he was shareholder, such as the Italian company Borroni Powertain. FAI later acquired Borroni as its first club deal.
Currently, apart from being FAI’s CEO since 2008, Guglielmo is a shareholder of the Italian service holding company italianstyleinvest. He also serves as board member to several other companies.
Guglielmo holds a Business and Economics Degree from the University of Brescia.


Enrico Scio

Enrico has thirty years of proven experience as a qualified Accountant. He advises companies covering a range of sectors.
He holds a Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Parma in Italy and a licence to practice since 1988. Since 1990, he has executed M&A transactions in Italy and across Europe, as well as executing corporate Turnarounds and Debt Restructuring operations. Enrico is also part of the Governance committees of several corporate groups.
He serves as board member and auditor to various companies, including listed ones, operating in a wide range of sectors including the metalworking and mechanical engineering industries, food & beverage, publishing and biomedical industries.
Currently, other than serving as Chairman for FAI since 2010, Enrico is the Chairman of the farming company «Le Colombaie» and the Italian newspaper La Verità Panorama.


Luigi Maniglio

After working for McKinsey as a management consultant, Luigi has gained over 30 years of experience in M&A and restructuring operations for private companies, operating as Principal for Family Offices and international investors.
Luigi boasts a sectorial specialization in the mechanical industry (packaging, machine tools, iron and steel) but has also gained experience in other sectors (chemistry, hotels, healthcare), in Europe (mainly Italy and Germany, but also Scandinavia, France and the UK), the American continent and Far East Asia.
Among the most relevant projects on which Luigi has worked, a specific mention is to give to Sympak (creation through mergers and acquisitions of a European food processing and packaging group) and FFG Europe & Americas (growth through acquisitions in Europe and the United States of Fair Friend Group, one of Asia’s largest machine tools manufacturer).
Luigi holds a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan, and holds an MBA from Insead in Fontainebleau.


Marco Tixon

He graduated in Business Economics from the Parthenope University of Naples, and later obtained an MBA in Auditing and Business Administration.
Marco has 11 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager at Credit Agricole Italia, managing medium and large international companies related to the following sectors: Agribusiness, Textile, Iron and Steel, Automotive.
His latest experience was within the team of Osculati & Partners, where he held the position of Senior Business Consultant for Merger & Acquisition operations, due diligence, balance sheet analysis.
Marco has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Business Planning, Strategic Planning and Financial Restructuring.
Currently, he manages M&A and Debt Advisory projects with a focus on debt and industrial restructuring.

David Innocenti

David has consolidated international experience in the Investment Management Business Development sectors within major national and international financial boutiques.
He began his career in BNP Paribas within the Securities Services department, subsequently, he held the role of Advisor to independent companies in the Italian and foreign financial scene (Principality of Monaco) where he is occupied by Investment Management and Business Development.
During his career, he was CEO of an important foreign company located in Congo (Africa). He was in charge of the complete management of the company active in the foodstuffs sector, defining its business strategies and operational aspects, contributing to its development and an increase in turnover.
David holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florence.
David has participated in the ZMF/Migal project, the transfer transaction for Santi S.p.A., and the consultancy work for Manifatture Lombarde.


Roberto Danesi

Roberto graduated in 1991 in Business Administration at the Bocconi University of Milan and began working at Arthur Andersen.
Subsequently he became trader assistant to the Manager of fixed income and derivatives market at Fin-Eco Sim in Milan.
Between 1992 and 1994 he worked as a proprietary trader for G.P. Finanziaria di Brescia, becoming later responsible for asset management for G.P. Sim in Milan.
In 1997 he became portfolio manager of listed securities and derivative instruments for Hopa SpA, subsequently joining the company’s Finance Committee.
During his long experience in the world of capital market, Roberto attended numerous specialization courses at major international investment banks in London as well as a course at the Chicago Board of Trade on futures and options.
Since 2008 Roberto has held the position of sole director of Aton SpA, of which he was responsible for managing the securities and real estate portfolio.
Roberto recently started the activity of Private Banker at Banca Patrimoni Sella & Co.


Mario Ciunfrini

Mario holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Bergamo and two specialist degrees, one in Economic and Financial Security from the University of Bergamo and the Tor Vergata University of Rome and one in Science of Public Administration from the University of Naples Federico II.
He subsequently obtained an Executive Master in Finance with specialisation in Corporate and Finance from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
Mario has served the Italian State for 14 years as an Officer in the Guardia di Finanza, gaining very significant experience in international taxation, transfer pricing and transnational contract law.
He currently works on M&A, company valuation, Debt Advisory and industrial restructuring projects.


Monica Donzelli

Monica holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration Management from the Università Cattolica in Piacenza.
She has worked as a consultant for 8 years at companies such as Nexus STP, specialising in the following fields: planning and management control, restructuring and business crisis, business organisation and statutory auditing.
She currently works in M&A.

Maria Luisa Seita

Maria Luisa holds a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and an Executive Master in Finance specialising in Asset & Wealth Management from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. During her academic career, she attended university courses at UCLA in Los Angeles, Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and, remotely, at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
Previously, she has worked in the internal finance department at The Boston Consulting Group in Milan, where she honed her skills in administration, finance and control. At the same time, she has been involved in international projects in which she has developed her expertise in data analytics and personnel administration
