

Guglielmo Ruggeri

Guglielmo started out as an entrepreneur in the High End Fashion Manufacturing sector. Over the course of 25 years, he served as CEO and senior partner to his family-owned Company (Meras SpA), and shareholder and board member to the Swiss Fashion Company Riri Group SA, born from the merger of Riri SA, Meras Spa and Cobrax Spa.
Guglielmo has proven expertise in the automotive and precision mechanics industries, thanks to his former role as CEO in companies in which he was shareholder, such as the Italian company Borroni Powertain. FAI later acquired Borroni as its first club deal.
Currently, apart from being FAI’s CEO since 2008, Guglielmo is a shareholder of the Italian service holding company italianstyleinvest. He also serves as board member to several other companies.
Guglielmo holds a Business and Economics Degree from the University of Brescia.

Marco Tixon

He graduated in Business Economics from the Parthenope University of Naples, and later obtained an MBA in Auditing and Business Administration.
Marco has 11 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager at Credit Agricole Italia, managing medium and large international companies related to the following sectors: Agribusiness, Textile, Iron and Steel, Automotive.
His latest experience was within the team of Osculati & Partners, where he held the position of Senior Business Consultant for Merger & Acquisition operations, due diligence, balance sheet analysis.
Marco has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Business Planning, Strategic Planning and Financial Restructuring.
Currently, he manages M&A and Debt Advisory projects with a focus on debt and industrial restructuring.


David Innocenti

David has consolidated international experience in the Investment Management Business Development sectors within major national and international financial boutiques.
He began his career in BNP Paribas within the Securities Services department, subsequently, he held the role of Advisor to independent companies in the Italian and foreign financial scene (Principality of Monaco) where he is occupied by Investment Management and Business Development.
During his career, he was CEO of an important foreign company located in Congo (Africa). He was in charge of the complete management of the company active in the foodstuffs sector, defining its business strategies and operational aspects, contributing to its development and an increase in turnover.
David holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florence.
David participated in the ZMF / Migal project and in the sale of Santi S.p.A.

Enrico Scio

Enrico has thirty years of proven experience as a qualified Accountant. He advises companies covering a range of sectors.
He holds a Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Parma in Italy and a licence to practice since 1988. Since 1990, he has executed M&A transactions in Italy and across Europe, as well as executing corporate Turnarounds and Debt Restructuring operations. Enrico is also part of the Governance committees of several corporate groups.
He serves as board member and auditor to various companies, including listed ones, operating in a wide range of sectors including the metalworking and mechanical engineering industries, food & beverage, publishing and biomedical industries.
Currently, other than serving as Chairman for FAI since 2010, Enrico is the Chairman of the farming company «Le Colombaie» and the Italian newspaper La Verità Panorama.


Luigi Maniglio

After working for McKinsey as a management consultant, Luigi has gained over 30 years of experience in M&A and restructuring operations for private companies, operating as Principal for Family Offices and international investors.
Luigi boasts a sectorial specialization in the mechanical industry (packaging, machine tools, iron and steel) but has also gained experience in other sectors (chemistry, hotels, healthcare), in Europe (mainly Italy and Germany, but also Scandinavia, France and the UK), the American continent and Far East Asia.
Among the most relevant projects on which Luigi has worked, a specific mention is to give to Sympak (creation through mergers and acquisitions of a European food processing and packaging group) and FFG Europe & Americas (growth through acquisitions in Europe and the United States of Fair Friend Group, one of Asia’s largest machine tools manufacturer).
Luigi holds a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan, and holds an MBA from Insead in Fontainebleau.


Mario Ciunfrini

Mario ha conseguito una laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli studi di Bergamo e due lauree specialistiche, una in Scienze della Sicurezza Economico-Finanziaria conseguita tra l’Università degli studi di Bergamo e l’Università di Roma Tor Vergata e una Laurea specialistica in Scienze della Pubblica Amministrazione conseguita presso la facoltà Federico II Di Napoli.
Successivamente ha conseguito un Executive Master in Finance con specializzazione in Corporate and Finance presso la SDA Bocconi di Milano.
Mario ha servito lo Stato Italiano per 14 anni quale Ufficiale della Guardia di Finanza maturando un’esperienza molto significativa in temi di fiscalità internazionale, transfer pricing e contrattualistica transnazionale.
Attualmente si occupa di progetti di M&A, valutazioni d’azienda, Debt Advisory e ristrutturazioni industriali.


Roberto Danesi

Roberto graduated in 1991 in Business Administration at the Bocconi University of Milan and began working at Arthur Andersen.
Subsequently he became trader assistant to the Manager of fixed income and derivatives market at Fin-Eco Sim in Milan.
Between 1992 and 1994 he worked as a proprietary trader for G.P. Finanziaria di Brescia, becoming later responsible for asset management for G.P. Sim in Milan.
In 1997 he became portfolio manager of listed securities and derivative instruments for Hopa SpA, subsequently joining the company’s Finance Committee.
During his long experience in the world of capital market, Roberto attended numerous specialization courses at major international investment banks in London as well as a course at the Chicago Board of Trade on futures and options.
Since 2008 Roberto has held the position of sole director of Aton SpA, of which he was responsible for managing the securities and real estate portfolio.
Roberto recently started the activity of Private Banker at Banca Patrimoni Sella & Co.


Monica Donzelli

Monica ha conseguito la Laurea Magistrale in Economia Aziendale Gestione d’Azienda presso l’Università Cattolica di Piacenza.
Ha un’esperienza nell’ambito della consulenza che dura da 8 anni in società quali Nexus STP, maturando una specializzazione nei seguenti ambiti: pianificazione e controllo di gestione, restructuring e crisi d’impresa, organizzazione aziendale e revisione legale.

Marco Rossini

Marco holds a Master’s Degree from Bocconi University in Milan, and has more than 10 years of experience in Strategic Consulting for commercial and industrial corporations, as well as in Business Development.
He currently holds various roles for the strategic and business development of various top-tier companies in the engineering and composites field, in particular in the OEM sector. He also is a Board Member of a renowned wine company based in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Having worked for various multinational corporations such as Ethicon (a Johnson & Johnson company), General Motors Corporation and Piaggio Group, he has developed expertise in international business development, having as well been CEO of a multinational group active in the production of plants for the food & beverage industry.
Marco has also been shareholder of a company producing plants for the pharmaceutical and petrochemical sector.
In the frozen food sector, he has been advisor of Forno d’Asolo for its international expansion, also being CEO of FDA UK before it was sold to an Investment Fund.
He then held various positions for a number of years (2008-2012) in Unindustria Treviso, both on the board of directors and on the executive board, focusing on business networks and also serving as vice president of metalworkers.
He began his career at the purchasing office at Electrolux, after graduating in economics following his Diploma in Aeronautics after which he obtained both an airplane pilot’s license and an acrobatic license.


Matteo Spataro

After working in UBS’s Investment Banking team and in Deutsche bank’s Risk Management team, Matteo gained M&A experience at various Milan-based boutiques, including Pirola Corporate Finance and District Advisory.
Matteo then joined Futuro all’Impresa, where he mainly deals with M&A and Turnaround operations.
During his various work experiences Matteo has developed expertise mainly in the fashion, cosmetics and IT sectors.
He holds a degree in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.


Nicola Guerrini

After an Investment Banking experience in the M&A team of Banca IMI (the investment banking branch of Intesa Sanpaolo, Italy’s main commercial bank) Nicola joined Futuro all’Impresa, where he is in charge of the analysis and execution of the M&A and Turnaround projects, paying particular attention to the digital sector.
Previously, Nicola gained experience working for a Milan-based Private Debt Fund, as well as for the Advisory company KPMG, in the Transfer Pricing division.
Nicola holds a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan, and has had various abroad experiences in the United States (Andover Academy and Exeter Academy), United Kingdom (The London School of Economics and Political Sciences) and Hong Kong (The Chinese University of Hong Kong).

Maria Luisa Seita

Maria Luisa ha conseguito una laurea in Economia e Scienze Sociali presso l’Università Bocconi e un Executive Master in Finance con specializzazione in Asset&Wealth Management presso la SDA Bocconi. Durante il suo percorso accademico ha frequentato corsi universitari presso UCLA a Los Angeles, Georgetown Univeristy a Washington D.C. e, in remoto, alla London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
Precedentemente ha lavorato nel dipartimento interno di Finanza di The Boston Consulting Group a Milano dove ha avuto l’opportunità di approfondire temi di amministrazione, finanza e controllo. Parallelamente ha seguito progetti internazionali sviluppando competenze di data analytics e amministrazione del personale


Michela Mulas

Michela è laureata in Economia e Commercio a Cagliari, dove ha lavorato presso vari Studi di Commercialisti e al Bic Sardegna.
Dal 2007 a Milano ha lavorato come Responsabile ufficio pagamenti Italia in Air Liquide ed in Accenture.
Dal 2012 al 2019 è stata Responsabile Amministrativa e Responsabile coordinamento didattico presso Centro di Formazione Professionale.
In Futuro all’impresa ricopre il ruolo di Office Manager.
