Juergen Donath

Juergen began his professional career at KPMG, Société Générale and Lyxor Asset Management in the Investment Banking industry. Afterwards he joined MP Corporate Finance and was building the previous Smart Factory practice for a decade, leading more than 70 transactions and projects with European and North American clients.

His areas of specialization include the Industrial Technology subsectors of automation and robotics, industrial software, machine tools, food and pharmaceutical processing, packaging machinery, as well as EPC(m) for large-scale industrial plants.

He has been a founding partner of FAI in the DACH region, significantly expanding the global network to industrial entrepreneurs and corporate executives, as well as financial sponsors. His strategic acumen, dynamism and hands-on approach is strongly appreciated by clients and partners in both advisory and investment/turnaround projects.

Juergen holds a degree in Asian Pacific Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.
